Senior Planner - Major Construction Project | Dublin €105,000 - €115,000 We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join a growing team in Dublin, working on large-scale construction projects. This is a key role with full responsibility for planning and programme management across all project phases. Key Responsibilities Develop bid programmes to support and complement tender submissions Develop, maintain, and review detailed master construction programmes and project controls procedures for live projects Prepare and present progress reviews to senior management Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of ambitious engineers Account management of existing clients, building long-term partnerships Support business development activities with new clients Take complete ownership of your project, assisting on others as required Liaise with stakeholders to review project progress, supporting risk identification and proactive problem solving Create and maintain schedules across pre-construction, construction, and commissioning phases, keeping progress reporting up to date Represent the Planning function in client and subcontractor meetings Skills & Qualifications Degree in Engineering or Construction Management - minimum requirement Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably with main contractor background Proficient in programming software and BIM - Asta Powerproject and Primavera P6 preferred Autonomous, proactive, and results driven Strong management skills - communication, leadership, and problem solving Team player with demonstrable experience in large-scale project environments What's on Offer Opportunity to work on a landmark construction project Be part of a forward-thinking team delivering critical infrastructure in a high-growth sector Long-term career progression and professional development support Competitive salary package To apply contact Jason McGowan at or call 0861841361.
