Probate & Conveyancing Solicitor Location: Dublin 12, Ireland Job Type: Full-time, Office-based Immediate Start Available Our client, a well-established law firm known for high-quality legal services, is seeking an experienced Probate & Conveyancing Solicitor to join our friendly and supportive team. This full-time role is office-based with an immediate start available, offering a dynamic work environment. Day-to-Day of the Role: Manage a varied caseload of probate matters from initial instruction through to completion. Take instructions for and draft wills. Attend court as required for probate and conveyancing matters. Handle files independently with a high level of precision and attention to detail. Manage executor residential sales and property transactions on behalf of Executors/Administrators/Beneficiaries. Deal with transmissions of freehold and unregistered titles as needed. About You: Ability to work independently while delivering excellent client service. Experience in managing a full caseload of probate and conveyancing files with minimal supervision. Familiarity with the Keyhouse case management system is advantageous but not essential. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor with relevant experience in probate and conveyancing. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of maintaining strong client relationships. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
