About this role
CREGG are looking for a Production Operative for full time, long term work in Parkmore, Co. Galway. Our client is a large electronic/aviation manufacturing company, looking to add a full time staff member to their production team. We are looking for a person who has exceptional attention to details and high level of dexterity.
Job description – Production Operative
Mask and/or tape circuit boards in areas that are to be free of coating/paint. Inspect assemblies to ensure proper coating coverage. Maintain the coating and dispensing machines to ensure proper operating condition. Maintain machines including changing the fluids and mixers and cleaning machines to ensure proper and efficient operation. Perform general housekeeping duties to provide a safe and clean working environment at all times. Knowledge of various materials used. Additional tasks may be assigned by the supervisor to accommodate fluctuating production requirements.
Hours of work
Monday to Friday (no weekend work) 07:15 – 16:00 (07:15 – 13:45 on Friday)
Rate of Pay
€16.00 per hour
Job requirements
Previous manufacturing experience in electronics/med device industry – min 2 years. Experience with masking/de-masking electrical components (preference). Previous knowledge of working with electronic circuit boards, wires, etc. Exceptional attention to details. Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
