The Client

Our client, a leading banks in Ireland, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Programme Manager for Asset Liability Management to work in Dublin, Ireland.

This role is part of a long-term strategic project within the Bank, so this is an opportunity to work for the top bank in the country on a Permanent / Rolling Contract basis. The role offers a Competitive Day Rate and Hybrid working option is available.

What you are expected to have

Minimum 10+ years of experience within Banking and Financial Services. Regulatory programme delivery experience. Strong understanding of Asset Liability Management (ALM). Knowledge of Basel III regulations. Experience with Liquidity Risk, IRRBB, LCR, and NSFR. Stakeholder management across business, risk, and regulatory teams. Experience managing large-scale regulatory change programmes. Strong governance, reporting, and risk management skills.
