Project Manager – Construction.

Our client, a leading project and commercial consultancy, is looking for a Project Manager to join their team in Limerick. The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of construction and property development project. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with statutory, contractual, and quality requirements while maintaining exceptional client relationships. Key Duties Manage projects from inception through to completion and handover. Coordinate clients, design teams, contractors, and stakeholders. Monitor programme, budget, risk, quality, and project performance. Prepare project reports and chair project meetings. Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, BCAR, Health & Safety, and contractual requirements. Support procurement, contract administration, and commercial management. Identify and manage project risks and change control. Deliver a high standard of client service and contribute to business development opportunities. Qualifications & Experience Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related discipline. 3-7 years’ project management experience within the construction or property sector. Strong understanding of Irish construction regulations and project delivery. Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills. Full clean driving license
