Key Responsibilities

Lead the successful delivery of residential construction projects, managing site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client relationships from start to completion. Plan, monitor, and drive project programmes to ensure key milestones, quality standards, and handover requirements are achieved on time. Oversee project budgets, variations, procurement, and commercial performance in collaboration with the Commercial and Quantity Surveying teams. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promote a strong safety culture, and coordinate design and technical information to support efficient project delivery. Prepare project reports, maintain accurate documentation, and provide effective leadership in a fast-paced main contracting environment, with proven residential project management experience essential.

Requirements

Relevant third level degree in Construction Previous experience running large projects with exposure to residential projects
