Requirements 5–10+ years’ experience as a Project Manager with a Main Contractor Proven experience in High-Rise Residential (RC Frame), Housing, or Commercial/Retail projects (Ireland/UK) Strong leadership and team management skills In-depth knowledge of BCAR, Irish Building Regulations, and Health & Safety standards Level 8 Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar Our client acknowledges their success is based on the quality of their staff and how they look after them.
