Your role will involve

Prepare bi-monthly Cost Value Reconciliation Reports. Handover from Estimating Department. Set Subcontractor payment details up on the SAP system. Prepare cash flow for the project based on the Contract and Target Programmes. Carry out monthly valuations of Subcontractors claims and issue payments. Pre-contract Commencement Meeting with the Project Team, Purchasing and the Plant Department. Cash flow projection to be used as a checking device providing a cross check on actual versus planned progress. Prepare Tender enquiry packages liaising with the Contracts & Project Manager. Hold pre contract meetings with subcontractors and issue contract documents. Remeasure trade packages as required to identify any quantity errors. Issue and agree schedule of monthly progress application/ valuation dates. Prepare and submit valuations on a monthly basis.

What we are looking for

Degree in Quantity Surveying is essential. 3+ years' post grad experience is preferable.
