Your responsibilities will include

Giving advice on contract matters Processing contractual claims and all associated records Searching for opportunities to reduce costs and maximise revenue Assisting with cash management Negotiating subcontract and suppliers’ price and terms Ensuring final accounts are closed in a timely matter Preparing and reviewing monthly cost reports Preparing subcontract and suppliers documents

What you will need

Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role The ability to work on a large-scale project Excellent written, verbal & communication skills Excellent time management skills Ability to use time efficiently and to maximise efficiency with staff Apply now in confidence with your CV.
