Quantity Surveyor – North Dublin Up to €65,000 DOE | €400M Residential Project Join a leading Irish home builder delivering large-scale, sustainable communities across Ireland. This role is based on a major €400M residential project in North Dublin, offering strong long-term career progression and exposure to high-value developments. You’ll support the commercial delivery of the project, working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor and gaining hands-on experience across all key cost and contract functions in a high-performing project environment. Key Responsibilities
Assist Senior QS with subcontract management and payments Prepare monthly valuations and cost reports Monitor budgets, variations, and contracts Support cost control across residential and RC frame works
Requirements
3–5 years’ Quantity Surveying experience Strong analytical and communication skills Experience with Cubit, CostX (or similar), Excel Apply today INDSG
