Role Responsibilities
Manage pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services from project inception through to final account. Prepare cost estimates, tender documentation, valuations, and financial reports. Deliver accurate cost planning, budgeting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Administer Public Works Contracts and ensure compliance with contractual requirements. Liaise with clients, design teams, contractors, and key stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes. Utilise industry-standard software to produce accurate measurements and cost reports. Support the delivery of projects across the education, healthcare, residential, commercial, industrial, and civic sectors.
Requirements
Level 8 Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics. Minimum 3 years' experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software such as CostX or Buildsoft.
