Quantity Surveyor – Co. Mayo Full-Time | Permanent | Office-Based We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join an established construction company based in Co. Mayo. This is a permanent, Monday to Friday position, working from the company office with regular site visits to commercial property projects. A company van is provided for site visits. Key Responsibilities Preparing and managing project budgets and cost plans Preparing valuations, variations and payment applications Managing subcontractor and supplier costs Monitoring project costs and financial performance Assisting with tenders and procurement Carrying out site visits and assessing project progress Preparing commercial reports and forecasts Requirements Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor Construction experience, ideally within commercial projects Strong commercial and analytical skills Excellent attention to detail Full driving licence The Package Full-time permanent position Monday to Friday Office-based in Co.
