Quantity Surveyor (Intermediate level) – Dublin Join the team delivering Dublin's largest and most prestigious construction projects. A Tier 1 Main Contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team across a number of landmark developments in Dublin. With multiple live projects across the capital, every effort will be made to ensure that you are based as close to your preferred location. As a Quantity Surveyor here, you'll support the commercial delivery of major residential and commercial projects while working within an experienced commercial team.

Key responsibilities
Assist with valuations, cost reporting, and final accounts Support subcontractor procurement and commercial management Manage variations and commercial documentation Work closely with the project and commercial teams
You will need
