Responsibilities Assist with full commercial management of the project Cost planning, budgeting and cost reporting Preparation and submission of valuations Management of subcontractor accounts Procurement support and subcontractor package management Variations, change control and final accounts Close collaboration with site and project management teams Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline 3–6+ years’ experience with a Main Contractor or PQS background Experience on large-scale projects Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Confident communicator with a proactive approach
