Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage detailed project budgets, cost plans, and estimates Monitor project costs, highlight variances, and implement cost-saving measures Prepare tender documents, evaluate subcontractor bids, and manage procurement processes Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage contractual correspondence Support senior management in commercial reporting and forecasting

Requirements
