Regional Director Dublin City Centre (Hybrid) Senior Leadership Package + Bonus + Benefits Are you an experienced commercial leader with a background in technology, SaaS, outsourcing or managed services? Our client, a global leader in business transformation and digital services, is seeking a Regional Director to lead one of its largest and most strategically important commercial programmes, supporting a globally recognised technology brand. This is a senior leadership opportunity with responsibility for the overall commercial performance, operational excellence and strategic direction of a large international sales organisation. Working closely with senior client stakeholders and an experienced internal leadership team, you’ll play a key role in driving business performance, developing leaders and delivering outstanding commercial outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing Lead the regional commercial operation through an experienced leadership team responsible for a 320-person international sales organisation. Partner with senior client stakeholders to develop strategy, strengthen relationships and deliver exceptional commercial outcomes. Provide leadership and direction to an Operations Lead and three Functional Leads, supporting their development while ensuring consistent, high-quality execution. Drive operational excellence, removing barriers that impact business performance and revenue generation. Oversee commercial governance, workforce planning, budgeting and resource allocation in partnership with Finance, HR and Talent Acquisition. Champion continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to improve performance, efficiency and the overall client experience. Represent the region within global leadership forums, sharing best practice and influencing strategic initiatives across the wider organisation. Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration and leadership development. What We’re Looking For Significant leadership experience within technology, SaaS, digital advertising, outsourcing, managed services or similarly complex commercial environments. Experience leading senior managers responsible for large, multi-layered commercial or sales organisations. Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience overseeing operational budgets, forecasting and business performance. Proven ability to build trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders and influence strategic decision-making. Experience driving operational excellence, organisational change and continuous improvement. Outstanding leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
