Title: Removals Operations Lead Location: Dublin North Type: Full-time, Permanent Package: Competitive salary This is a hands-on operational role within a small team, requiring someone who can take ownership of daily activities, solve problems, support colleagues, and act as a key point of contact for customers and operational queries. Responsibilities Coordinate the daily running of removals operations, ensuring jobs are planned, organised, and completed efficiently. Manage removal schedules, collections, deliveries, and team availability. Allocate work to drivers and removal crews, ensuring resources are used effectively. Monitor jobs throughout the day and resolve any operational issues quickly. Act as the main operational point of contact between customers, drivers, removal teams, suppliers, and management. Handle customer enquiries, booking queries, updates, and service concerns in a professional manner. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of service is delivered. Support the preparation of quotations, bookings, job paperwork, and operational records. Manage daily office coordination, including calls, emails, administration, and customer communication. Ensure company systems, schedules, and records are kept accurate and up to date. Provide day-to-day support and guidance to the removals team. Qualifications & Experience Experience in removals, logistics, transport, or a similar role. Strong organisational and communication skills. Able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Good IT and administration skills. Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently. Experience in a small-team environment is desirable. Knowledge of the removals industry is an advantage.
