About this role
We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our growing team based in Killorglin. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll act as the key link between customers, sales representatives, the internal production team, and external suppliers to ensure orders are processed efficiently and delivered on time. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy building strong relationships while keeping multiple projects moving smoothly from order placement through to delivery. Key Responsibilities Coordinate customer orders from receipt to dispatch. Provide customers with order updates. Liaise with sales, production, and suppliers. Handle customer calls and enquiries. Chase outstanding information and supplier updates. Monitor timelines and communicate lead times. Resolve order issues and manage delays. Follow up with customers for feedback. Maintain accurate customer and order records. Provide administrative support to the sales team. About You Minimum 1 year of experience in an administration, sales support, customer service, or sales coordination role. Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills. Confident communicating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment. What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience).
