We are seeking a Sales & Customer Care Executive to join our client and be part of a close-knit, passionate team in Tralee. For many years our client has been Ireland’s leading adventure tourism specialist, delivering exceptional walking and cycling holidays for international visitors. This customer-focused role is responsible for driving sales through personalised service, ensuring each client is matched with the ideal holiday while delivering an outstanding customer experience from initial enquiry to holiday completion. Key Responsibilities Respond to client enquiries by phone and email. Create customised walking and cycling holiday itineraries. Manage client correspondence and maintain accurate CRM records. Identify and maximise upselling opportunities. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports. Manage online marketplaces. Build relationships with industry and international partners. Work closely with the administration team to deliver a seamless customer experience. Requirements 2–3 years’ B2C sales experience, preferably in the tourism sector. Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills. Positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude. Fluent English. Benefits Employee discount. On-site parking. Sick pay.
