Senior Contracts Manager – Residential Construction Dublin | Permanent | Excellent Salary + Benefits Lead Large-Scale Residential Developments Across Dublin FT Workforce is recruiting a Senior Contracts Manager to join a leading residential contractor delivering some of Dublin's largest housing and apartment developments. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced construction professional who can successfully oversee multiple live projects while leading Site Managers and project teams. You'll be responsible for 2–3 residential developments at any one time, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Current developments include over 1,100 residential units, with a strong pipeline of future projects already secured. Key Responsibilities Oversee multiple residential construction projects from commencement to completion. Manage and mentor Site Managers across several live developments. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives. Monitor project progress and report to senior management. Work closely with commercial teams to maximise project performance. Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. Requirements Minimum 7 years' experience in residential construction. Previous experience as a Contracts Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Construction Manager. Proven experience delivering large-scale residential developments. Experience managing multiple live projects. Background in drylining, partitions, ceilings, SFS, interior fit-out, or main contracting. Strong commercial awareness and leadership skills. Third-level qualification in Construction, Engineering, or similar (preferred). Full clean driving licence. Full eligibility to work in Ireland. What's On Offer? Excellent salary package (DOE).
