Senior Financial Accountant - Renewable Energy - Blanchardstown/Finglas Join one of Ireland's fastest-growing renewable energy businesses HireForce is partnering with a highly successful Irish renewable energy company to appoint a Senior Financial Accountant to its expanding finance team. Backed by significant private investment, this business is experiencing rapid growth and is playing a key role in Ireland's transition to a more sustainable future. Reporting to the CFO, you'll work closely with both finance and operational teams, providing commercial insight and supporting the financial management of multiple high-value sites and ongoing growth projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant who wants a broad, commercially focused role with genuine progression opportunities. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and performance analysis Deliver insightful variance analysis and KPI reporting to support operational decision-making Partner with site and operational management to improve financial performance and cost efficiency Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial modelling Support capital investment projects through financial analysis and project reporting Ensure balance sheet reconciliations, financial controls, and statutory compliance are maintained Assist with year-end audit, tax compliance, and statutory reporting Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, reporting, and systems Support senior management with commercial analysis and strategic projects About You ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA qualified accountant 2+ years' post-qualified experience in industry or practice Strong technical accounting and financial reporting experience Excellent analytical and commercial mindset Confident communicator with the ability to partner with operational stakeholders Experience within manufacturing, engineering, energy, construction, industrial or capital-intensive sectors would be advantageous What's on Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Hybrid working after probation Strong career progression within a rapidly expanding business Broad commercial exposure across finance and operations Opportunity to join a business making a genuine impact in the renewable energy sector If the role isn’t for you, If you are happy with the level of service you’ve experienced with HireForce, we would really appreciate if you can refer a friend and you will receive a €250 voucher should we successfully place your friend.
