As Senior EHS Advisor, you’ll play a key role in driving site safety, influencing best practice, and ensuring the highest environmental, health, and safety standards across large-scale builds. Key Responsibilities Implement and manage the company’s EHS Management System on site Promote a strong health & safety culture across all teams on site Conduct inspections, audits, and weekly compliance reporting Support and coach site teams on best-practice EHS standards Build strong working relationships with the wider project team Requirements Recognised EHS qualification (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent preferred) 7+ years’ experience in construction health & safety Experience on residential and commercial developments Strong communication and organisational skills Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment If you’re looking to be part of major projects that will define Dublin’s skyline for years to come, this could be the perfect next move.
