Permanent South Dublin (Hybrid) Salary DOE About the Role Our client, an established accountancy practice, is seeking an experienced Senior Management Accountant to join their team, managing a portfolio of clients across a range of industries. This is a senior, client-facing role covering the full spectrum of practice work, from year-end accounts and corporation tax through to management accounts, budgeting, and involvement in sales, mergers, and acquisitions project work. You’ll supervise a small team, report to a Practice Manager, and have scope to progress into a more senior role over time. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of clients across various industries Prepare year-end accounts and corporation tax returns Deliver management accounts, cash flow reports, and budgets Support sales, mergers, and acquisitions project work Supervise and support junior team members Report directly to the Practice Manager Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Experience Required Qualified accountant with 5+ years’ post-qualification experience Strong, solid practice experience essential Confident managing a varied client portfolio and competing deadlines Comfortable supervising and developing junior team members Desirable Some industry experience in addition to practice background Prior exposure to M&A or advisory project work Benefits 10% performance-related bonus Hybrid/flexible working arrangements Pension contribution Tax-free voucher scheme Convenient location with on-site parking
