Senior Physiotherapist.

We are currently recruiting a Senior Physiotherapist to join the Paediatric Primary Care Team based in North Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team providing high-quality physiotherapy services to children and young people within the community setting. The successful candidate will manage a varied paediatric caseload and work closely with families, schools, and healthcare professionals to support children in achieving their developmental and functional goals. Key Responsibilities of the Physiotherapist Provide physiotherapy assessment and intervention for children with a range of developmental and physical needs Develop and implement individualised treatment plans and home programmes Support children with gross motor development, mobility, coordination, strength, and functional independence Work collaboratively with parents, schools, and multidisciplinary team members including Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychology, and Social Work Deliver parent education and support programmes Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and service development initiatives Requirements for the Physiotherapist Degree in Physiotherapy CORU registration Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience Paediatric physiotherapy experience essential Strong communication, organisational, and clinical reasoning skills Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team Desirable Experience within primary care or disability services Experience working with children with complex needs and developmental delays Access to own transport and full driver’s licence What’s on Offer Competitive HSE-aligned salary Supportive and experienced multidisciplinary team Opportunity to work within a well-established paediatric primary care service Ongoing professional development and clinical supervision Valuable experience within community paediatric services
