Senior Project Manager Contract: 6 months, with potential to extend Day Rate: Up to €400 per day Location: Dublin Working Model: Hybrid – 1 day per week in the Dublin office, including client-site visits where required The Opportunity GemPool is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a high-profile digital environment, working closely with a leading corporate organisation and its creative and technology partners. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in digital project delivery, Agile methodologies and stakeholder management. You will work across multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences, managing projects from discovery and planning through to delivery. You’ll be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and acting as the key link between business stakeholders, designers, developers, QA, content and external partners. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital projects and programmes, ensuring successful outcomes against agreed objectives. Manage and develop strong relationships with senior client and business stakeholders. Translate business requirements into clear project goals, priorities and delivery plans. Work closely with Design, Business Analysis, Development, QA and Content teams to coordinate delivery. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, planning sessions, demos, retrospectives and release planning. Lead discovery and project scoping activities, working collaboratively with design and technical teams. Manage project planning, estimation, task allocation, resource mapping, capacity planning and utilisation. Identify project risks, dependencies and potential obstacles, putting appropriate mitigation plans in place. Manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholder communications simultaneously. Coordinate delivery across client teams, internal teams and third-party vendors. Support project governance, processes and delivery standards across the wider team. Contribute to planning, reporting and monthly billing activities. Bring new ideas and opportunities to clients and confidently present recommendations and solutions. You will ideally have

5+ years’ experience in project or digital delivery. Proven experience delivering digital projects end-to-end. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban or hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments. Experience working with cross-functional teams across Design, BA, Development, QA and Content. Strong stakeholder management skills, ideally within a client-facing or agency environment. Experience with Jira and Agile project management tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. A hands-on, collaborative approach to project management. Experience facilitating workshops with technical and/or design teams. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders. Good technical awareness and an understanding of digital/web development processes. Desirable Experience Experience working within a creative agency, digital agency or corporate digital environment. Familiarity with UX and design systems. Experience with tools such as Miro, Slack or Figma. Experience working with CMS platforms; Kentico experience would be advantageous. Relevant project management, product or Agile certification.
