Senior Project Manager (Semi-State Hybrid).

Our client, a respected semi-state organisation, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team based in Cork, operating under a hybrid working model. This role will oversee the delivery of residential projects across Ireland, managing developments through the construction phase and supporting earlier project stages where required.Responsibilities• Lead the delivery of residential projects through the construction stage of the development lifecycle.• Manage and coordinate design teams from a technical, programme and budgetary perspective.• Oversee main contractors and consultants to ensure contractual compliance and performance.• Develop and manage detailed project programmes, milestones and delivery schedules.• Monitor project budgets, cost control and reporting throughout construction.• Liaise with key stakeholders including local authorities, utilities and development partners.• Ensure compliance with planning conditions, building regulations and best practice standards.• Support tender, design and procurement processes for large residential construction projects.• Provide leadership and technical expertise across all stages of project delivery, including risk management and value engineering.Requirements• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Construction Management or a similar senior project delivery role.• Recognised degree level qualification in construction, engineering or development.• Proven track record delivering large scale residential construction projects.• Strong knowledge of the Irish planning, development and construction sector.• Excellent stakeholder, consultant and contractor management skills.• Willingness to travel nationwide to project sites as required.Benefits• 2 days WFH.• 37 hour working week• 25 days annual leave• Salary up to €100,000• Bonus scheme (12%)• Excellent Pension contribution (12%).Why Apply with Sonas?Expertise: Specialists in Engineering and Technical talent solutions.Market Insights: Access to the best salaries, rates and benefits on offer.Direct Connections: We ensure your CV gets noticed by the right hiring managers.Seamless Process: One point of contact for applications, interviews and negotiations.For more information or to apply directly email [email protected] or apply directly on Indeed.
