Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Our client, a Tier 1 Main Contractor, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Dublin, working across a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, retrofit, industrial, and other large-scale projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead cost management and commercial strategy across multiple high-profile developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing budgets, valuations, procurement, and reporting, while working closely with project teams and clients.
