You’ll be involved in developing production-ready AI agents and agentic workflows that go beyond conventional chatbots, enabling AI to understand complex business processes, connect with enterprise platforms, make informed decisions, and execute actions for users. The technology and products you help create could ultimately be used by millions of people, giving you the chance to tackle demanding engineering challenges at the intersection of AI, scalable software architecture and exceptional user experiences. You’ll have substantial ownership throughout the development lifecycle, partnering with product managers, business stakeholders and fellow engineers to transform ambitious AI ideas into dependable, scalable products. Why Join This Team · Become part of a newly created, rapidly expanding AI engineering function · Develop intelligent AI products designed for global scale · Work hands-on with LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG, APIs, cloud platforms and Kubernetes · Take ownership of solutions from initial concept and architecture through to production · Influence technical standards, engineering practices and the team’s AI roadmap · Partner with experienced engineers, product teams and senior business stakeholders · Play an important role in growing and shaping a high-performing AI engineering team What You’ll Be Doing · Engineer and deliver reliable AI agents and sophisticated agentic workflows · Build scalable applications using Python, TypeScript or JavaScript · Connect LLM-powered applications with APIs, databases and enterprise platforms · Participate in system architecture, technical planning and design decisions · Take responsibility for features throughout the complete software development lifecycle · Establish robust testing, telemetry, observability and monitoring for AI systems · Investigate and improve agent accuracy, reliability, latency and overall performance · Support CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes environments and cloud-based infrastructure · Coach other engineers and contribute to the development of engineering standards What We’re Looking For · Strong background delivering full-stack software products supporting 1M+ users · Professional experience working with AI/ML technologies, LLMs or intelligent agent systems · Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI agents or agentic applications in production Salary & Benefits · Base salary of up to €95,000 depending on experience · Performance-related bonus of up to 20% · Defined contribution pension plan + additional benefits · Hybrid working arrangement: 1 day a month in the Cork office If you’re ready to take the next step in your AI engineering career and work on intelligent technology at significant scale, we’d be keen to hear from you.
