Senior Solution Architect.

GemPool Recruitment is partnering with a leading consulting and digital transformation organisation to hire a Senior Solution Architect to join a growing technology practice delivering large-scale, impactful transformation programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced architect who enjoys shaping enterprise solutions, influencing technology strategy, and working closely with clients to solve complex business challenges. Location: Dublin Hybrid - 2/3 days per week Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end solution architecture across major transformation programmes
• Defining architectural blueprints covering functional and non-functional requirements
• Setting technical direction across cloud-native and hybrid solutions
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients through design and delivery phases
• Collaborating with engineering, delivery, and business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes
• Supporting business development activities including solution shaping and technical proposals

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience delivering as a Solution Architect in fast-paced enterprise or consulting environments
• Strong architecture expertise across software, cloud, integration, infrastructure, and security domains
• Azure (preferred) or AWS experience
• Strong understanding of modern architecture patterns including APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and cloud-native solutions
• Knowledge of Java or .NET ecosystems
