Key Responsibilities

● Construct, install, and dismantle timber and proprietary formwork systems. ● Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. ● Prepare formwork for concrete foundations, plinths, bases, ducts, retaining structures, and other civil works. ● Ensure all formwork is accurately set out and constructed to the required dimensions and tolerances. ● Assist with concrete pours and finishing works where required. ● Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work area. ● Work collaboratively with Site Supervisors, Engineers, and other members of the utility gang.

Requirements

● Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter on civil engineering or construction projects. ● Safe Pass. ● Ability to read technical drawings and work to precise specifications. ● Strong knowledge of formwork systems and concrete construction methods. ● Excellent attention to detail and workmanship. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Flexibility to travel and work on projects throughout Ireland. ● Full clean driving licence is an advantage.
