Site Manager - Drylining, Partitions & Ceilings Location: Greater Dublin Salary: €85,000 DOE + package Job Type: Full-time, Permanent The Company Our client is a well-established specialist contractor with over 25 years' experience delivering drylining, fire-rated and acoustic partitions, ceilings, fireproofing and external render packages across residential and commercial developments in the greater Dublin area. Working directly with Ireland's leading residential developers and main contractors, the business has recently expanded into large-scale data centre and pharmaceutical fit-out projects, making this an exciting time to join a growing operation. The Role As Site Manager, you will take day-to-day responsibility for the delivery of drylining, partition, ceiling and fireproofing packages on site, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include
Managing the day-to-day running of site works, including direct labour and subcontract crews Coordinating with the main contractor's site team on programme, sequencing and access Setting out works and ensuring installation in line with drawings, specifications and fire-rated/acoustic performance requirements Carrying out quality inspections, snagging and sign-off of completed works Maintaining site records, progress reports, and handover and certification documentation Managing material call-offs, deliveries, plant and site logistics Conducting toolbox talks and site inductions; ensuring compliance with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and associated regulations Monitoring productivity and labour allocation, reporting progress to the Contracts Manager Identifying and recording variations and additional works as they arise The Candidate 3+ years' experience in a Site Manager or Foreman role within drylining, partitions, ceilings or interior fit-out Strong technical knowledge of fire-rated and acoustic partition and ceiling systems Experience working under Tier 1 main contractors; data centre or pharmaceutical project exposure an advantage Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to lead site crews Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification essential; Managing Safely (e.g. IOSH/CIF) and First Aid desirable Full clean driving licence The Package €85,000 DOE Vehicle or travel allowance Pension contribution Continued professional development and progression within a growing business Long-term pipeline of high-profile residential, commercial, data centre and pharmaceutical projects Apply with an up-to-date CV via the link below.
