You’ll combine direct support with leadership responsibilities, helping individuals achieve positive outcomes while supporting the wider team. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred supports
• Act as Key Worker
• Lead shifts when required
• Mentor Support Workers and students
• Maintain high standards of care
• Support HIQA compliance
• Promote safeguarding and quality improvement
• Work collaboratively with families and MDTs

Essential Requirements

• Level 7 Degree in Social Care (or equivalent)
• Current CORU Registration
• Experience working within disability or social care services
• Excellent communication skills

Desirable

• Shift leadership experience
• Student supervision experience
• Full driving licence
