You’ll combine direct support with leadership responsibilities, helping individuals achieve positive outcomes while supporting the wider team. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred supports
- Act as Key Worker
- Lead shifts when required
- Mentor Support Workers and students
- Maintain high standards of care
- Support HIQA compliance
- Promote safeguarding and quality improvement
- Work collaboratively with families and MDTs
Essential Requirements
- Level 7 Degree in Social Care (or equivalent)
- Current CORU Registration
- Experience working within disability or social care services
- Excellent communication skills
Desirable
- Shift leadership experience
- Student supervision experience
- Full driving licence
