Fuel discount scheme About the Role As Team Leader you’ll support the Service Manager with operational leadership, people development, quality assurance and service delivery while remaining actively involved in frontline supports. You’ll play a key role in developing staff, maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring outstanding person-centred services. Responsibilities

• 3+ years’ experience
• Leadership experience

• Strong working knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations
