Temporary General Operative Location: Leixlip, County Kildare My client is looking for a temporary General Operative, with immediate start date. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a temporary assignment for approximately 10–12 weeks, with the potential for extension depending on business requirements. Key Responsibilities Operate production machinery safely and efficiently. Loading products into an assembly line. Carry out visual quality checks/inspections Screen & Package finished products in line with company procedures. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. Handle raw materials and finished products safely. Comply with all Health & Safety, Quality, and company policies. Skills & Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is essential Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, punctual, and hardworking. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible and willing to learn new processes. Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm Pay Rate €14.78 per hour (Day Shift) €16.78 per hour (shift pattern) Benefits Free, secure on-site parking. Flexibility Required This role is currently based on a day shift, however, due to continued business growth, there may be an opportunity for the position to transition to a two-cycle shift pattern in the future.
