Temporary Legal Secretary.

Location: Naas, Co. Kildare Contract: Temporary – September Holiday Cover We are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a well-established Naas-based law firm on a temporary basis to provide holiday cover during September. This is a great opportunity for a Legal Secretary with experience in conveyancing, probate and licensing to step into a busy and professional legal environment and provide valuable support to the team. What You’ll Be Doing Providing secretarial and administrative support to the legal team Assisting with residential and commercial conveyancing, including preparing documents and managing correspondence Supporting probate matters, including document preparation, filing and client communication Assisting with licensing applications and related documentation Preparing legal documents including contracts, deeds and wills Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and other relevant parties Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files and records Managing appointments, correspondence, deadlines and general administration Handling incoming calls and emails professionally Using ROS (Revenue Online Service) for relevant tax filings – experience with ROS is desirable What We’re Looking For 2–3 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar legal support role Previous experience in conveyancing, probate and/or licensing Good understanding of legal procedures and terminology Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office and legal software Professional communication skills and a client-focused approach Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines ROS experience would be an advantage If you’re an experienced Legal Secretary available for temporary work in September, we’d love to hear from you.
