Title: Warehouse Supervisor Location: Dublin North Package: €Neg DOE Type: Full-time | Permanent Join a well-established freight forwarding company as an experienced Warehouse Supervisor. You'll oversee day-to-day warehouse operations in a fast-paced logistics environment, ensuring efficient freight handling, compliance with safety regulations, and smooth operational performance. Please note that a 5-year background check will be carried out as part of the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily inbound and outbound freight operations, including loading, unloading and vehicle dispatch. Support and deputise for the Warehouse Manager when required. Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and company standards. Oversee warehouse equipment, documentation and accurate stock records. Coordinate with internal teams and service providers to maintain efficient operations. Verify cargo and documentation for all freight movements. Carry out additional warehouse duties as required. Skills & Experience Previous Warehouse Supervisor experience within freight forwarding or logistics. Knowledge of import/export freight processes and documentation. Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills. Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
