The Role

As a Social Care Worker, you will support individuals in a person-centred environment while promoting independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include

• Supporting service users with daily living and personal development.
• Encouraging independence and social inclusion.
• Building positive relationships with service users and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintaining accurate records and professional standards.
• Adapting to different client settings and support needs.

Requirements

Essential Criteria

• Active CORU Registration is highly appreciated.
• Level 7 or Level 8 Degree in Social Care or equivalent qualification.
• Full driving licence.
• Previous experience working within social care settings.

Rates of Pay

• €16.50 – €25 per hour (Day Rates)
• Enhanced Night Rates
