Duties

As a Social Care Worker, you will

• Deliver high-quality social care support to individuals and families.
• Assist in developing and implementing person-centred care plans.
• Promote independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes for service users.
• Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Support individuals in achieving personal goals and maximising their quality of life.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with organisational policies.

Requirements

• Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Social Care or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 months’ experience working in the Republic of Ireland.
• Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland.
• CORU Registration is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a variety of care settings.
• A passion for delivering high-quality care as a Social Care Worker .

Rates of Pay

• €18–€24 per hour (Day Rate)
• Enhanced Night Rates Available
• Enhanced Sunday Rates Available
