Artic Driver.

Excel Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced Artic Drivers for a number of leading logistics and distribution companies across North, South, and West Dublin. We have both temporary and ongoing opportunities available with immediate starts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of goods to customers while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, compliance, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects in line with company procedures.
• Safely operate an articulated vehicle while complying with road traffic legislation and EU driver hours regulations.
• Carry out multi-drop deliveries to customer locations across Dublin and surrounding areas.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Verify loads are secured correctly prior to departure.
• Complete and maintain delivery paperwork, PODs, and digital records accurately.
• Report any issues relating to deliveries, customer orders, vehicle performance, or route delays.
• Maintain excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

Requirements

• Full clean Category CE (Artic) driving licence.
• Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card .
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card .
• Previous experience driving articulated vehicles in Ireland, the UK, or Europe.
• Good knowledge of Dublin routes and road networks.
• Strong understanding of driver hours and tachograph regulations.
