Day-to-Day of the Role: Provide legal and commercial expertise to pioneering market participants, both domestic and international. Work as part of cross-border and interdisciplinary teams to advise on various corporate activities. Engage actively in business development and thought leadership initiatives, seeking opportunities for new work. Draft legal documents clearly and concisely, using legal knowledge and commercial judgement to advise and assist clients. Attend networking and marketing events to promote the firm and build professional relationships. Develop and maintain reliable relationships with clients, ensuring the highest quality of service and acting in a diligent, entrusted, and professional manner. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2-5 years' relevant post-qualification experience in Corporate M&A. Strong academic credentials. Excellent analytical, technical, and drafting skills. High level of commercial and business awareness. Calm and measured approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
