This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Audit Senior Manager or existing Director, ideally from a Big4/Top6 background, who is looking to take the next step in their career with a firm that offers genuine progression, significant earning potential and a more balanced working environment. Our client has experienced exceptional growth in recent years, with its audit division doubling in size. The firm continues to invest in its people and has ambitious plans for further expansion. Unlike many larger firms, our client offers a clear and achievable pathway to Partnership, supported by a highly attractive and transparent profit-sharing structure. The Opportunity Reporting directly to an Audit Partner, the successful candidate will play a key leadership role in the continued growth and development of the audit practice.

Key responsibilities will include

• Leading a portfolio of audit engagements across a diverse range of clients.
• Managing and developing relationships with senior client stakeholders, including CFOs and Finance Directors.
• Providing technical expertise and oversight on complex audit assignments.
• Leading, mentoring and developing high-performing audit teams.
• Working closely with the Partners on business development and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Playing an active role in shaping the strategic direction of the audit division.
• Building towards a future Partnership appointment.

The Ideal Candidate

• ACA or ACCA qualified accountant with significant external audit experience in the Big4/Top6
• Currently operating at Audit Senior Manager, Associate Director or Director level.
• Strong technical audit knowledge and experience managing complex client portfolios.
• Excellent leadership, communication and client relationship management skills.
• Commercially minded, with the ambition and ability to progress to Partner.

What's on Offer

• Salary is between €100,000 – €130,000, Bonus, Profit-sharing scheme, Pension and Health Insurance
