Brilliant opportunity for an Audit Manager to join a Top 20 practice in their Wicklow office. You will lead the audit and accounting services for a diverse client base. This key role drives business growth, manages client relationships, and leads a team in a dynamic, career-enhancing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied client portfolio
• Lead audit and accounting engagements
• Plan and deliver audits to high standards
• Supervise and mentor team members
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Handle technical queries and research
• Ensure timely project delivery

What You’ll Need

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• 2–3 years PQE
• Supervisory/managerial experience
• Strong technical and communication skills
• Client-focused and detail-oriented
• Leadership and time-management skills
