Audit Senior.

Our client, a long-established and highly regarded accountancy practice based in Meath, is seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant with at least two years’ Irish practice experience who is looking to advance their audit career within a progressive and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• The Audit Senior will lead and manage audit assignments for a diverse mix of SME and corporate clients
• Liaise directly with clients to resolve queries and ensure smooth audit delivery
• Identify opportunities for improvement in client systems and controls
• Aid in the training and mentoring of junior colleagues

Requirements

• ACA or ACCA-qualified Chartered Accountant
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Irish practice-based audit role
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and accounting principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments efficiently
• Experience with audit software (e.g., CaseWare) is desirable but not essential
