We're hiring chefs across all grades at Brown's Brasserie in Limerick — commis through to chef de partie level.

What we're looking for

Experience in a professional kitchen at any level. You need solid HACCP knowledge, the ability to hold your section, and a reliable work ethic. Full permission to work in the EU is required.
