Job Title: Business Development Representative (German Bilingual)

Location: Remote (Ireland)

Compensation: €38,000 Base & €7,000 bonus (OTE €45,000) + benefits

About the Role

Are you looking to launch a rewarding career in the corporate business world? We are seeking a hard-working, motivated individual with an appetite for building great business relationships. Representing a global company, will act as a product and service advocate. This is an excellent junior-level position where you will build interest and awareness of a premium value proposition within the German-speaking market.

What You Will Do

• Serve as a friendly product and service advocate for our client, building genuine interest and awareness.
• Make high-volume outbound calls and send emails to both new prospecting leads and existing accounts.
• Build and foster client relationships entirely via telephone and email.
• Learn to quickly articulate simple product and business value propositions.
• Provide easy-to-understand online demonstrations of services and technical information.
• Prepare and deliver standard proposals and presentations as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• Languages: Fluent in German and English.
• Experience: Minimum of one year of sales, customer-facing, retail, or hospitality experience is preferred. (We provide full training!)
• Account Management: Exposure to or basic experience managing accounts within the SMB space.
• Sales Tools: Basic computer literacy; familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
• Drive: Highly motivated to succeed in a target-driven, high-demand environment.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong, confident telephone presence.
• Aptitude: A fast learner with the ability to maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services.

Compensation Detail

The pay for this position includes a competitive junior base salary of €38,000 per annum with an additional variable bonus component of €7,000. Final offers consider factors such as responsibilities, experience, education, and key skills.
