Butcher required in Finglas, Dublin 11. Duties include: * Preparing, cutting, trimming, deboning and portioning meat. * Operating butchery equipment safely and efficiently. * Maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety and quality control. * Preparing meat products according to customer and production requirements. * Following all health and safety procedures.
