About the Role

As a Catering Assistant, you will support kitchen and front-of-house operations while maintaining high standards of food hygiene and customer service. Assignments may vary in location, start times, and duration depending on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with food preparation and service
• Serving customers and patients in a professional manner
• Setting up and clearing dining and service areas
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout kitchens and dining spaces
• Washing dishes and kitchen equipment as required
• Following HACCP and food safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous Catering Assistant experience is desirable
• Good communication and customer service skills
