Cladding Detailer.

We are seeking an experienced Cladding Detailer to join our client in Wexford. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing accurate, practical detailing drawings for cladding and roofing systems on a variety of commercial, industrial and construction projects, ensuring designs are suitable for manufacture and installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed drawings and 3D models for roof and wall cladding systems, including metal sheeting, flashings, gutters, trims, and associated components.
• Interpret architectural drawings, structural plans, specifications, and project requirements.
• Produce accurate setting-out drawings, fabrication details, material schedules, and cutting lists.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, fabricators, and site installation teams to resolve technical queries and design discrepancies.
• Ensure cladding details integrate correctly with structural steelwork and other building elements.
• Identify potential clashes, dimensional discrepancies and installation challenges before work begins.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in cladding, roofing, or architectural detailing.
• Proficiency in relevant CAD software, such as AutoCAD; experience with 3D modelling software is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of cladding systems, roofing materials, flashings, and installation methods.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
