Clinical Nurse Manager, Co. Kildare

Cpl Healthcare is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager for a permanent, full-time opportunity with an established residential care service in Co. Kildare.

Working closely with the Director of Nursing, you will provide clinical leadership and day-to-day management of the nursing and care teams, ensuring residents receive consistently high standards of safe, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support nursing and care teams in delivering high-quality resident care.
• Oversee care planning, staffing, skill mix and clinical standards.
• Provide guidance, training and support to nursing and care staff.
• Promote a positive, collaborative and accountable team culture.
• Support effective resource management and service delivery.
• Deputise for the Director of Nursing when required.

Requirements

• On the active NMBI register
• 5 years’ post-registration experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the care of vulnerable adults.
• Experience in intellectual disabilities desirable.
• Proven experience in team and performance management.
• Evidence of continuous professional development.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Eligible to work in Ireland.
